Spending Christmas at this hotel was a lovely experience. The rustic style of the hotel made us feel cozy and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the private onsen which offered a scenic and relaxing view. The spacious rooms were clean and well-furnished with refreshing views. The staff was friendly and offered excellent service. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for those who wanted a calm and quiet atmosphere.
We were disappointed with the limited amenities offered in the onsen area. More toiletries would have been appreciated. Another downside was the uphill walk to the hotel, which could be a challenge for guests with heavy luggage. And while the overall experience of the hotel was enjoyable, it felt a bit overpriced. But nonetheless, we would still highly recommend this hotel as it offered a lovely experience for our Christmas vacation.

The onsen is situated beautifully outside, offering a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a refreshing view of a private garden. The staff was thoughtful, calm, and cute. We were impressed with the hotel facilities and had a delicious breakfast.
Nothing could have been better.

The uphill approach to the hotel from the station may pose a challenge for those with heavy luggage.

Spent a nice Xmas holiday at an onsen hotel. the rooms were cozy and offered a refreshing view of private gardens, which added a special touch to our stay. the onsen was amazing and we really enjoyed soaking in it. the breakfast was outstanding and enjoyable. the location was perfect for us as we desired to stay in a quiet spot away from the town noise.
the hotel was a bit overpriced for the amenities that were offered.
